4-6 servings2 tablespoons Butter Flavor CRISCO Stick or 2 tablespoons Butter Flavor CRISCO all-vegetable shortening 1/3 cup chopped onion 1 package (16 ounces) frozen corn 1 medium tomato, chopped 1 can (4 ounces) diced green chiles, rinsed and drained 2 tablespoons water Dash garlic powder In 2-quart saucepan melt Butter Flavor Crisco. Add onion. Cook and stir over medium heat until tender. Stir in corn, tomato, green chilies, water and garlic powder. Cover and cook over medium heat for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Uncover and continue cooking for about 3 minutes, or until hot. |
