Makes 96 pieces6 6-inch pita breads CRISCO 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cooking Spray 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon dried dill weed 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt Preheat oven to 350ºF. Cut each pita into eight wedges with kitchen scissors or a sharp knife. Place the pieces, rough side up, on baking sheets. Generously spray the pieces with Crisco 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cooking Spray. Mix the remaining ingredients together in a small bowl. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the pitas. Bake for 6-8 minutes, or until the pitas are lightly browned and crisp. Cool and store in an airtight container. |
