| GRILLED POTATO SLICES |

Preparation time: 5 minutes Total time: 30 minutes 4 servings 3 large Idaho or russet potatoes 1/4 cup CRISCO Oil * 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper Prepare charcoal or gas grill. Scrub potatoes under cold running water. Cut into 3/4-inch slices. Cover with salted cold water. Bring to a boil on high heat. Boil 6 minutes. Drain. Brush potato slices with Crisco Oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill slices for 3 minutes. Turn with tongs. Grill second side for 3 minutes, or until brown. Serve immediately. *Use your favorite Crisco Oil product. |
