Prep time: 5 minutes Cook time: 4 minutes Serves 43 tablespoons CRISCO Oil 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon lime juice 1/2 teaspoon sugar 1/8 teaspoon pepper 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 -3 green onions, sliced diagonally into 1-inch slices 1 5-ounce bag fresh spinach, stems removed if desired 1 8-ounce can sliced water chestnuts, drained 1 2-ounce jar sliced pimiento, drained - optional Heat Crisco Oil, soy sauce, lime juice, sugar and pepper in large skillet. Add garlic and green onions; stir-fry over medium-high heat about 1 minute, or until garlic is light brown. Add spinach, water chestnuts and pimiento. Stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes longer, or until spinach is tender. |
