| CHEESY TUNA SALAD |

6 servings1 can (12-1/2 ounces) tuna, drained 1 cup thinly-sliced celery 1 cup cubed Cheddar cheese, 1/2-inch cubes 2 tablespoons capers 2 tablespoons chopped green onion 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning 6 tomato shells or large lettuce leaves Combine tuna, celery, Cheddar cheese, capers and onion in medium mixing bowl. Blend 1/2 cup mayonnaise, lemon juice and lemon pepper seasoning in small mixing bowl. Add to tuna mixture. Mix well. Serve immediately or refrigerate before serving. Serve in tomato shells or on lettuce leaves. NOTE: To make tomato shells, cut tops from tomatoes. Scoop out centers. Scallop edges, if desired. |
