Loch Lomond

2 oz Scotch
1/2 oz Drambuie
1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
1 twist of Lemon peel
Cocktail glass

In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the Scotch, Drambuie, and vermouth. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the lemon twist.
