1 oz Light rum 1/2 oz Galliano 1/2 oz Apricot brandy 2 oz Pineapple juice 1/4 oz Lemon juice 1 slice Orange Collins glass Shake all ingredients (except orange slice) with ice and strain into a collins glass over ice cubes. Garnish with the slice of orange and a cherry (if desired) and serve. |
