1 1/2 oz Tequila 1/2 oz Lemon juice 1/2 tsp superfine Sugar 1 dash Bitters 4 oz Tonic water 1 Lime wedge Highball glass In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the tequila, lemon juice, sugar, and bitters. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Top with the tonic water and garnish with the lime wedge. |
