| Apricot Anise Collins |

1/2 oz Apricot brandy 1 1/2 oz Gin 1 1/2 tsp Anisette 1 tblsp Lemon juice Carbonated water 1 slice Lemon Collins glass Shake gin, brandy, anisette, and lemon juice with ice and strain into a collins glass over ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water and stir lightly. Decorate with the slice of lemon and serve. |
