2 oz Apple brandy Carbonated water 1 twist of Lemon peel Highball glass Pour apple brandy over ice cubes in a highball glass. Fill with carbonated water and stir. Add a twist of lemon peel on top and serve. (Ginger ale may be substituted for carbonated water, if preferred.) |
