Preparation time: 5 minutes Total time: 10 minutes 4 serving1 pound green beans, rinsed with stems discarded 2 tablespoons CRISCO Oil 2 tablespoons water 1/2 teaspoon salt Cut (or break) beans into 2-inch sections. Heat Crisco Oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add beans. Stir-fry 1 minute. Add water and salt. Stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes, or until crisp-tender. Serve immediately. |
