Preparation time: 10 minutes Total time: 15 minutes 4 servings1 pound broccoli florets (bite-size pieces) 2 tablespoons CRISCO Oil 1/2 cup water 1 teaspoon granulated sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt Rinse broccoli in cold water. Pat dry with paper towel. Heat Crisco Oil in wok or skillet with cover on medium-high heat. Add broccoli to pan. Stir-fry 2 minutes. Add water, sugar and salt to pan. Cover pan. Cook 3 minutes on high heat. Serve with slotted spoon. |
