| SESAME BROCCOLI |

4-6 servings1 cup water 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 pound broccoli, trimmed and cut into spears 4 teaspoons CRISCO Oil, divided 1 tablespoon sesame seed 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon sugar Combine water and salt in large saucepan. Heat to boiling. Add broccoli. Return to boiling. Cover. Reduce heat to moderate. Cook about 10 minutes, or until tender-crisp. Drain. Meanwhile, heat 1 teaspoon Crisco Oil in small saucepan. Add sesame seed. Cook over moderate heat, stirring constantly, until light brown. Add remaining 3 teaspoons Crisco Oil, lemon juice, soy sauce and sugar. Heat to boiling. Drizzle over broccoli. |
