6 ServingsCRISCO No-Stick Cooking Spray 2/3 cup milk 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1/2 cup finely chopped onion 3/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 cup finely crushed herb-seasoned stuffing mix 2 pounds ground beef 1/4 cup CRISCO Canola Oil 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, cleaned and sliced 1/2 cup sliced onion 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed golden mushroom soup 1/2 cup dairy sour cream 1/4 cup water, as needed Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a shallow 2-quart baking dish with Crisco No Stick Cooking Spray; set aside. Combine milk, eggs, chopped onion, salt, and pepper and stuffing in a large bowl. Let stand for 5 minutes. Add ground beef; mix well. Divide meat into 6 portions; shape each into a loaf. Place in prepared pan; bake for 35 minutes. Meanwhile, make sauce. Heat Crisco Canola Oil in a heavy skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and sliced onion; cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove ½ cup of mushrooms and onions; reserve for garnish. Add soup and sour cream; stir gently to combine; add water as needed to thin. Keep warm. Arrange meat loaves on serving platter; spoon sauce over. Garnish with reserved mushrooms and parsley, if desired. |
