OIL & VINEGAR DRESSING

Makes about 1 cup

3/4 cup CRISCO Oil
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Combine all ingredients in a jar or bottle with a tight fitting cover. Shake vigorously.
For variety; add to taste any one of the following: paprika, dry mustard, garlic, Italian seasoning, dill weed.
