| HOT MUSTARD SAUCE |

Makes 1/2 cup1 tablespoon Butter Flavor Crisco all-vegetable shortening or 1 tablespoon Butter Flavor Crisco stick 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour 1 tablespoon dry mustard 1/4 teaspoon salt Dash pepper 1/2 cup milk 2 teaspoons prepared mustard 1 teaspoon vinegar In small saucepan melt Butter Flavor Crisco. Remove from heat. Stir in flour, dry mustard, salt and pepper. Blend in milk. Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Blend in prepared mustard and vinegar. Serve warm or cold. |
