| SPICY RAISIN COFFEE CAKE |

Makes 12 servings2-1/2 cups Homemade Crisco Quick Bread Mix 2 tablespoons granulated sugar 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 2 eggs, beaten 3/4 cup milk 1/2 cup raisins 1/3 cup chopped walnuts 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened Preheat oven to 375ºF. In mixing bowl, combine the Crisco Quick Bread Mix, granulated sugar, and cinnamon. Add eggs and milk; stir till moistened. Stir in the raisins. Turn into a greased 11 x 7 x 1-1/2-inch baking pan. Combine walnuts, brown sugar, and butter or margarine; sprinkle atop. Bake at 375ºF for 20 to 25 minutes or till done. |
