Makes 4 dozen cookiesStir together: 2 cups Made-at-Home Cookie Mix 1 cup light brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon double-acting baking powder 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon cloves 1/2 teaspoon allspice Add: 2 eggs 2 tablespoons orange juice Mix thoroughly and add: 2 8-ounce jars of mixed glazed fruit Blend well. Drop from teaspoon 2-inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake in moderate oven, 375ºF, 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. |
