Frosts two 8 or 9-inch layers2/3 cup Butter Flavor CRISCO 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 4 cups confectioners' sugar Half-and-half or milk 1/3 cup raisins 1/3 cup chopped walnuts In medium Mixing bowl combine Butter Flavor Crisco, cream cheese and vanilla. Add confectioners' sugar, beating until blended. If needed, add 1 to 2 teaspoons half-and-half or milk to reach desired consistency. Stir in raisins and walnuts. Spread on cooled caked. |
