| RAISIN NUT CLUSTERS |

Makes 2 dozen8 ounces chocolate confectioners' coating 2 tablespoons Butter Flavor CRISCO 1-1/2 cups broken walnuts 1/2 cup raisins Line baking sheet with wax paper. Set aside. In double boiler or 2-quart saucepan over very low heat, melt confectioners' coating and Butter Flavor Crisco, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add walnuts and raisins. Mix well to coat. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until set. |
