Frosts 1 cake1/4 cup Butter Flavor CRISCO 1/2 cup chopped pecans 1/4 cup milk 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 3 to 3-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar In small saucepan combine Butter Flavor Crisco and pecans. Cook over medium heat until Butter Flavor Crisco melts. Remove from heat. Blend in milk and vanilla. Transfer to medium mixing bowl. Add confectioners' sugar, 1 cup at a time, beating at medium speed of electric mixer until frosting is of desired consistency. Spread on cooled cake. |
