| PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES |

Makes 4 dozen3/4 cup Jif Peanut Butter 1/3 cup packed brown sugar 1 egg 2 tablaspoons milk 2 cups Homemade Crisco Cookie Mix 1/2 cup chopped salted peanuts Preheat oven to 375ºF. Cream peanut butter and brown sugar in a bowl. Beat in egg and milk. Stir in Crisco mix and chopped peanuts until mixed. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten with a floured fork, making a crisscross pattern on the tops. Dip fork in flour as needed to prevent sticking. Bake at 375ºF for 10 to 12 minutes. |
