Makes 32 BarsCookies 1 -2/3 cups(10 ounce package) peanut butter chips or Butterscotch Chips 1 cup Jif Creamy Peanut Butter 1/3 cup milk 1/4 cup Butter Flavor Crisco all-vegetable shortening or 1/4 Butter Flavor Crisco stick 2 cups graham cracker crumbs 1 cup chopped salted peanuts Coating 1 cup (6-ounce package) semi-sweet chocolate chips 3 Tablespoons Butter Flavor CRISCO Finely chopped salted peanuts For cookies, combine peanut butter chips, peanut butter, milk and 1/4 cup Butter Flavor Crisco in medium saucepan. Stir on low heat until mixture is melted and smooth. Combine graham cracker crumbs and 1 cup chopped nuts in large bowl. Pour peanute butter mixture over crumbs. Stir until combined. Spread mixture in ungreased 9x9x2-inch pan. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into bars about 1-3/4x3/4-inches. For coating, melt chocolate chips and 3 tablespoons Butter Flavor Crisco. Place 1 bar at a time in chocolate. Turn with fork. Lift from chocolate with fork. Allow excess to drip off. Place on waxed paper-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle top with finely chopped nuts. Return to refrigerator to set chocolate. |
