NUT PUFFS

Makes 3 dozen puffs

Stir together:
2 cups Made-at-Home Cookie Mix
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
Add:
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup chopped pecans

Blend well. Dough will be somewhat crumbly. Mold into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet 1-inch apart.
Bake in moderate oven, 375慚, 12 to 15 minutes. Puffs will be light in color. Roll in confectioners sugar immediately after baking. Makes 3 dozen 1-inch puffs.
