| HOT FUDGE TOPPING |

1-1/2 cups topping1 cup sugar 1 can (5-1/3 ounces) evaporated milk 1 teaspoon light corn syrup 2 squares (1 ounce each) unsweetened chocolate or semisweet chocolate (for sweeter sauce) 3 tablespoons Butter Flavor CRISCO 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/4 teaspoon salt In 2-quart saucepan combine sugar, evaporated milk and corn syrup. Heat to full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Reduce heat. Add chocolate. Stir over low heat to melt completely. Remove from heat. Blend in Butter Flavor Crisco, vanilla and salt. Serve warm. |
