Makes 48 bars1/2 cup Butter Flavor CRISCO 2/3 cup sugar 1/4 cup cocoa 1 egg 1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour 1/4 teaspoon salt Filling: 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon vanilla 2/3 cup chopped walnuts 1/2 cup flaked coconut 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Set aside. In medium mixing bowl blend Butter Flavor Crisco, sugar, cocoa and egg. Mix in flour and salt. Pat evenly into prepared pan. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until surface is dry. For filling, in small mixing bowl combine condensed milk, flour and vanilla. Stir in walnuts, coconut and chocolate chips. Spread onto hot crust. Bake at 350`F for 20 to 25 minutes, or until light golden brown. Cool. Cut into squares, about 1-1/2 x 1-1/2 inches. |
