| DELICIOUS NO CHOLESTEROL CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES |

Makes about 6 Dozen Cookies1 cup Butter Flavor CRISCO 1 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar 1/2 cup granulated sugar 2 egg whites 3 tablespoons CRISCO Oil 1 tablespoon water 1 tablespoon vanilla 2 -1/4 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips Heat oven to 375ºF. Combine Butter Flavor Crisco, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg whites, oil, water and vanilla in large bowl. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended. Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Mix 1/2 of the flour mixture, at a time, into the creamed mixture at low speed until just blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375ºF for 8 mintues, or until lightly browned. Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet. Remove to cooling rack. Note: Using Crisco Oil in place of the fat in egg yolks makes these cookies cholesterol-free. |
