Makes about 4 Dozen Cookies1/2 cup Butter Flavor CRISCO 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1/2 cup granulated sugar 2 tablespoons milk 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 -1/4 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 cups crisp cereal rice 1 cup semi-sweet miniature chocolate chips Heat oven to 350ºF. Grease baking sheet with Butter Flavor Crisco. Combine Butter Flavor Crisco, brown sugar, granulated sugar and milk in large bowl. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Mix into creamed mixture at low speed until blended. Stir in cereal and chocolate chips. Drop level measuring tablespoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto baking sheet. Bake at 350ºF for 9 minutes, or until set. Remove immediately to cooling rack. |
