| CREPES WITH ORANGE SAUCE |

6 to 8 servings1 recipe Crepes 1/4 cup Butter Flavor CRISCO 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1/4 cup orange juice 1 tablespoon grated orange peel 1 tablespoon apple juice Confectioners' sugar Prepare dessert-size Crjpes as directed. In 1-quart saucepan blend Butter Flavor Crisco and brown sugar. Add orange juice and peel. Cook and stir over low heat until mixture boils. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Pour into medium skillet. Place over very low heat. Add crjpes one at a time. Coat both sides. Fold in half and in half again. Stack off to side of pan. Repeat with remaining crjpes. Sift confectioners' sugar over crjpes. Serve warm. |
