| COFFEE ORANGE COOKIE FROSTING |

Makes 3/4 cup1/2 teaspoon instant coffee 1 tablespoon hot water 3 tablespoons Butter Flavor CRISCO 1-1/4 cups confectioners' sugar 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel Dash salt 1 to 2 teaspoons water Dissolve coffee in hot water. Set aside. In small mixing bowl blend Butter Flavor Crisco, confectioners' sugar, orange peel and salt. Add coffee mixture and beat until smooth. If necessary, add 1 to 2 teaspoons water until frosting reaches desired consistency. Spread on cooled cookies. |
