Makes about 6 Dozen Cookies2/3 cup Butter Flavor Crisco or 2/3 Butter Flavor Crisco stick 1 -1/2 cups sugar 2 eggs 2/3 cup dairy sour cream 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 cup cocoa 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 cups (12-ounce package) semi-sweet mini chocolate chips Heat oven to 375ºF. Grease baking sheets with Butter Flavor Crisco. Combine Butter Flavor Crisco and sugar in large bowl. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended. Beat in eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Add gradually to creamed mixture at low speed. Beat until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips with spoon. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto greased baking sheet. Bakeat 375ºF for 8 to 10 minutes or until puffed and slightly cracked. Remove from baking sheet to cooling rack. |
