| CHOCOLATE YOGURT CAKE |

Makes 1 cake Prep time: 20 minutes Bake time: About 30 minutes Cake 1 18.25 ounce box Pillsbury Devils Food Moist Supreme Cake Mix 1/2 cup plain yogurt Frosting: 1 package (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips 1/4 cup Butter Flavor Crisco all-vegetable shortening or 1/4 Butter Flavor Crisco stick 2/3 cup plain yogurt 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1/8 teaspoon salt 2-1/2 to 3 cups confectioners sugar Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease and flour two 9-inch round pans. Set aside. Prepare cake according to package directions, using Crisco Oil. Add 1/2 cup plain yogurt to batter; mix until well blended. Pour into prepared pans. Bake according to package directions. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pans. Cool completely on wire rack. For frosting, combine chocolate chips and Butter flavor Crisco in small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted. Transfer mixture to the bowl of an electric mixer; cool slightly. Blend in yogurt, vanilla and salt.
