Makes 3 dozen candies1 egg 1/2 teaspoon mint extract 1 package (6 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips (1 cup) 2 tablespoons Butter Flavor CRISCO Stick or 2 tablespoons Butter Flavor CRISCO all-vegetable shortening Line baking sheet with wax paper. Set aside. In small bowl beat together egg and mint extract. Set aside. In double boiler or small saucepan over very low heat, melt chocolate chips and Butter Flavor Crisco, stirring constantly. Gradually add to egg mixture, beating until smooth. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls prepared baking sheet. Refrigerate for about 2 hours, or until firm. |
