| CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE BARS |

Makes about 2-1/2 Dozen BarsCookie Base 1 -3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs 1/2 cup Butter Flavor Crisco all-vegetable shortening or 1/2 Butter Flavor Crisco stick Filling 1 cup (6-ounce package) semi-sweet chips chocolate 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese ,softened 1 cup dairy sour cream 2 cups sugar 2 eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla extract Drizzle 1/3 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips 3/4 teaspoon Butter Flavor CRISCO all-vegetable shortening or 3/4 teaspoon Butter Flavor Crisco stick Heat oven to 300ºF. For cookie base, combine graham cracker crumbs and 1/2 cup Butter Flavor Crisco. Press into bottom of ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. For filling, sprinkle 1 cup chocolate chips over cookie base. Place cream cheese in large bowl. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy. Beat in sour cream. Gradually add sugar. Beat until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Pour over chocolate chips in pan. Bake at 300ºF for 60 minutes or until set. Cool 15 minutes. For drizzle, melt 1/3 cup chocolate chips and 3/4 teaspoon Butter Flavor Crisco. Drizzle over cheesecake. Cool. Cut into bars about 2 x 1-3/4 inches. Cover. Refrigerate. |
