Makes about 3-1/2 dozen cookies2-1/3 cup all-purpose flour 1 Butter Flavor* CRISCO Stick or 1 cup Butter Flavor CRISCO all-vegetable shortening plus additional for greasing 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1 cup granulated sugar 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar 2 eggs 1 teaspoon maple flavor 2 cups oats (quick or old fashioned), uncooked 3/4 cup semi-seet chocolate chips 3/4 cup miniature marshmallows 3/4 cup peanut butter chips Heat oven to 350ºF. Grease baking sheet with shortening. Place sheets of foil on countertop for cooling cookies. Combine flour, 1 cup shortening, baking soda and baking powder in large bowl. Beat at low speed of electric mixer until blended. Increase speed to medium. Mix thoroughly. Beat in granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs and maple flavor. Add oats. Stir in chocolate chips. marshmallows, and peanut butter chips with spoon until well blended. Shape dough into 1-1/2-inch balls. Flatten slightly. Place 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheet. Bake at 350ºF for 9 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown. Do not overbake. Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet. Remove cookies to foil to cool completely. *Butter Flavor Crisco is artificially flavored. |
