| BUTTERSCOTCH OAT BARS |

Makes about 16 bars1 -3/4 cups rolled oats 1 -1/2 cups all-purpose flour 3/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 3/4 cup CRISCO Canola Oil 1 teaspoon vanilla 11 ounces butterscotch chips Heat oven to 350ºF. Combine oats, flour, sugar, baking soda and salt in large bowl; mix well. Add oil and vanilla; mix until well combined and crumbly. Add butterscotch morsels; mix evenly. Spray 8-inch square baking pan with CRISCO No-Stick Cooking Spray. Lightly press mixture into baking pan. Bake at 350ºF for 17 to 20 minutes or until top is golden. Cool completely on cooling rack. Cut into bars. |
