| BLUEBERRY SAUCE |

Makes 1-1/4 Cups Sauce3/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon water, divided 1/4 cup sugar 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1 cup fresh blueberries Combine 3/4 cup water and sugar in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil on medium-high heat. Stir until sugar dissolves. Add lemon juice. Dissolve cornstarch in remaining 1 tablespoon water. Add to saucepan. Cooka and stir 1 minute. Add blueberries. Cook 30 seconds. Serve warm over Blueberry Buckle. |
