| LINGUINE WITH SWEET PEPPER SHRIMP SAUCE |

Makes 4 servings Prep time: 15 minutes Cook time: 15 minutes 1/4 cup Crisco Pure Canola Oil 4-6 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 pound red bell peppers, cut into strips 1/2 pound small raw shrimp, peeled and de-veined Salt and pepper to taste 1/2 pound linguine Parmesan cheese, to taste 2 tablespoons chopped Italian parsley In a large skillet heat the Crisco Pure Canola Oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic until translucent. Add the peppers and onions and cook until tender. Add the shrimp, salt and pepper and cook until the shrimp are just cooked. Serve over cooked linguine; top with grated Parmesan Cheese and parsley. |
