| GRILLED ASIAN ORANGE CHICKEN |

Serves 4 Prep time: 5 minutes Marinate time: 30 minutes Cook time: 10-12 minutesCRISCO No-Stick Cooking Spray 2 tablespoons Crisco Pure Canola Oil 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons lime juice 1 tablespoon finely grated fresh ginger 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts 1/4 cup Smucker's orange marmalade Remove the cooking rack and heat grill to medium high. Combine Crisco Pure Canola Oil, soy sauce, lime juice, and ginger in a bowl and mix well. Add chicken; marinate 30 minutes. While chicken is marinating, melt Smucker’s Orange Marmalade in microwave at 50% power. Place the chicken breasts on prepared grill; brush with half the melted Smucker’s Orange Marmalade. Cook about 5 to 6 minutes. Turn and brush with the remaining marmalade; cook another 5 to 6 minutes until done. |
