| ZUCCHINI-TOMATO OMELETS |

2 omelets1 tablespoon Butter Flavor Crisco all-vegetable shortening or 1 tablespoon Butter Flavor Crisco stick 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion 1 medium zucchini, shredded 1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt Dash pepper 1 recipe Easy Omelets In large skillet melt Butter Flavor Crisco. Add onion. Cook and stir over medium heat until tender. Add zucchini, tomatoes, garlic salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until tender. Drain thoroughly. Prepare omelet as directed. Use half of filling for each omelet, using slotted spoon to remove from skillet. |
