Prep time: 2 hours
Cooke time: 12-15 minutes
Makes 3 dozen rolls

1 package yeast
1/4 cup warm water
1 cup scalded milk
1/2 cup Butter Flavor CRISCO all-vegetable shortening or 1/2 CRISCO Stick, melted
1/2 cup sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
3 eggs, beaten
4-3/4 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
Butter Flavor CRISCO all-vegetable shortening, melted
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cinnamon

Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water in small bowl.
In a large mixing bowl, combine scalded milk; 1/2 cup Butter Flavor Crisco, melted; 1/2 cup sugar; and 1-1/2 teaspoons salt.
Stir in yeast mixture, beaten eggs, flour, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1-1/2 teaspoons salt.
Let rise, covered, in a warm place for 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until double. Stir down.
Pinch off a bit of dough about the size of a large walnut, roll between your hands until it's about 5 inches long, dip in melted Butter Flavor Crisco, and then into a mixture of 1 cup sugar and 3 tablespoons cinnamon. Tie into a knot and place in a greased muffin cup.
Continue until all rolls are formed. Cover and let rise. Bake at 375ºF for 12-15 minutes.
