Prep time: 6-8 minutes Bake time: varies by waffle maker but best on highest setting for crispiest waffle Serves 42 cups Pillsbury all-purpose flour 2 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons baking powder 2 tablespoons baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 2 eggs 2 1/2 cups milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 6 tablespoons Butter Flavor CRISCO, melted CRISCO No-Stick Cooking Spray Pre-heat waffle iron. In a large bowl, combine the Pillsbury All-Purpose Flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Make a well in the center, add the eggs, milk, vanilla and melted Butter Flavor Crisco Shortening. Mix just to combine – do not beat- the batter will be a little lumpy. Let batter rest for several minutes before baking. |
