SAUTÉED SHRIMP Print E-mail
4 to 6 Servings

2 tablespoons Butter Flavor CRISCO Stick or 2 tablespoons Butter Flavor CRISCO all-vegetable shortening
1 large clove garlic, cut into 4 pieces
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/2 pound small fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined


In small skillet melt Butter Flavor Crisco. Add garlic and dill weed. Cook and stir over low heat until garlic begins to turn light brown. Discard garlic.
Add shrimp. Cook and stir over medium heat for about 5 minutes, or until shrimp is opaque. Drain on paper towels. Serve immediately with cocktail picks.
