1 large center cut ham slice (1-1/2 inches thick)
4 medium Golden Delicious apples, cored and cut in rings
2 orange slices
3/4 cup apple cider
1/2 cup packed brown sugar

Mustard Sauce:

2 tablespoons CRISCO Shortening
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup water
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons prepared mustard

Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Place ham slice in a large shallow baking dish.
Cut unpared apple rings in half and place around outer edge of ham, slightly overlapping slices.
Place orange slices in center of ham slice.
Pour cider over ham and fruit; sprinkle brown sugar over all.
Bake covered at 350ºF for 45 minutes.
For mustard sauce, melt Crisco in a heavy saucepan. Stir in flour, dry mustard, salt, and pepper. Gradually add water and vinegar. Cook and stir until boiling. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in prepared mustard to make about 1-1/4 cups sauce. Serve with ham.
